- Call a capability URL without payment to receive the current PAYMENT-REQUIRED terms. Those live terms are authoritative.
- After paying, read the PAYMENT-RESPONSE header: it carries the settlement and a signed execution receipt.
- If a response is lost, ask https://api.tollex.org/tollex/operations/{operationId} before paying again.
- Verify a receipt: EIP-712 typed data (domain "Tollex Execution Receipt" v1, ExecutionReceipt{version, receiptId, contentHash, issuedAt}); contentHash is keccak256 of the JCS canonical JSON of the body; the signer must be an active key at https://api.tollex.org/.well-known/tollex-receipt-keys.
